Upgrade PGSQL from 9.1 to 9.2

[root@srv02mil1 ~]# rpm -Uhv http://yum.postgresql.org/9.2/redhat/rhel-6-x86_64/pgdg-centos92-9.2-6.noarch.rpm

once you start the new server, consider running:

Running this script will delete the old cluster's data files:
